Mr. Anderson is the President of Anderson Hayes, P.C. and the chair of the firm’s business, bankruptcy and civil litigation practice. Mr. Anderson opened the firm in 2014, and has represented individuals and businesses both inside and outside the courtroom. He has helped individuals select the right business formation vehicle for their particular needs, and he has guided those businesses from formation up through the process of being listed on a public stock exchange. He has also assisted these corporate clients with their contracting needs, employee relations, and negotiation of business contracts with third parties. Mr. Anderson has represented a variety of business entities and individuals in litigation matters in various state and federal courts and administrative agencies across California. Mr. Anderson has recovered millions of dollars for his clients through litigation, and believes that a deliberate but aggressive approach is the best way to ensure a desirable result. Mr. Anderson has represented both employees and employers in wage and hour, discrimination, and unlawful termination matters, both in California Superior Court and at the Department of Labor Standards Enforcement. He has also represented businesses, their principals, and shareholders in various types of litigation including securities fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, breach of contract, unfair business practices, and misclassification matters. Finally, if and when appropriate, Mr. Anderson has assisted clients with navigating through the bankruptcy process so that they can obtain a fresh start. Mr. Anderson is also on the Board of the San Diego Chapter of the University of Georgia alumni association.
Mr. Anderson is admitted to practice in the California state courts, the Federal Courts for the Southern District of California and Central District of California.
